These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VoltStorm website ("Site") and any products or services offered through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. VoltStorm reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
VoltStorm manufactures and distributes uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, DC power supplies, switching power supplies, and related power protection equipment. Product descriptions, images, and specifications provided on this Site are for general informational purposes and may differ from the actual delivered product. Exact specifications will be confirmed in the formal quotation or order acknowledgment.
All quotations provided through the Site or by VoltStorm sales representatives are valid for 30 calendar days unless otherwise stated. A binding contract is formed only upon VoltStorm's written order confirmation. Prices are subject to change without notice until an order confirmation is issued.
Payment terms will be specified in the order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. VoltStorm reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by applicable law.
Delivery dates provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in writing. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FCA Incoterms 2020 unless otherwise agreed). VoltStorm shall not be liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
VoltStorm warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper installation, or operation outside of the published specifications. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VoltStorm's total liability arising from or related to these Terms or any product or service shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product giving rise to the claim. VoltStorm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of VoltStorm or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
